In this sinister spine chiller, six college students learn that their dorm used to double as a horrific insane asylum in the 1930s, where a sadistic doctor performed numerous grisly lobotomies on his disturbed teenage patients. It seems that the ghost of the doctor still haunts the corridors, and he's determined to continue his ghastly experiments on the current residents. Will the friends escape the psycho spirit -- or go insane trying?
