In Israel, a land marked by violence and the need to avenge the past, depressed writer Michael Klienhouse (co-writer Gal Zaid) runs afoul of war-hero-turned-gangster Dreyfus (Ashar Tzarfati) and finds himself in a fight for his life that, ironically, renews his zest for living. Michael's wife respects her husband's newfound assertiveness, but the escalating hostilities endanger them and their son, prompting questions about Michael's actions.
