Divorcée Joyce Chandler (Trish Goff) moves to New York City to reinvent herself. Things go smoothly at first but start to sour when neighbor Charlotte Bancroft (Ally Sheedy) exacts a heavy toll on Joyce's nerves; Charlotte's late hours and callous indifference to other tenants aren't exactly the lynchpins of friendship. Ultimately, Joyce realizes that only drastic measures will stifle Charlotte in director Tony Spiridakis' indie thriller.
