Director Anthony Hickox's frenetic actioner stars Steven Seagal as Chris Cody, a jailed mercenary promised a pardon in return for taking down rogue scientist Adrian Lehder (Nick Brimble), who's turning Marines into killing machines through mind control. Dispatched to Uruguay to apprehend him, Cody and his commandos raid Lehder's complex, rescue a squad of soldiers he captured and escape on a submarine … hijacked by Lehder's brainwashed assassins.
