When a persistent and dastardly dognapper strikes the town of Chem City, Texas, it's up to preteen pals Helen (Ally Claire Carson) and Marie (Kelsey Edwards) to solve the mystery. Luckily, they get help in the form of a magical bracelet. Together, the girls go head-to-head with the Mafia, a corrupt cop and other nefarious forces in this Dove Family-approved fantasy adventure, geared toward girls ages 8 to 13.
