The Debt

As a young woman, Rachel Berner (Gila Almagor) is assigned with two other Israeli Mossad agents to apprehend a man wanted for heinous crimes in a Nazi concentration camp. But after capturing their target, the team unintentionally lets him escape. To conceal their blunder, the agents claim their captive killed himself. A willing public believes the story and hails the trio heroes. Decades later, however, their shameful lie is about to be revealed.
