Double-crossed by his corrupt partner and shoved out of the force, tough Los Angeles cop Rolland Sallinger (Steven Seagal) accepts a gig from prosperous New Mexico businessman Connor Wells (Steph DuVall) to be a bodyguard for his beautiful daughter, Nikita (Liezl Carstens).
